The Event

A Royal Visit to open the new Levine Building at Trinity College Oxford. The Levine Building is Trinity College's first major upgrade in more than 50 years and includes a state-of-the-art auditorium for lectures and performances. It has purpose-built teaching rooms, student bedrooms, a function room and an informal study area with a café.

The Prince of Wales, now King Charles called it a "building worthy of this historic site".

He was speaking at a ceremony attended by members of the college's governing body, students, and staff, as well as college president Dame Hilary Boulding and Oxford University chancellor Lord Patten.

Our Role...

Production 78 were contracted to provide event management to liaise with Royal Staff and oversee the Royal arrival, tour of the college and departure. We also provided stage management and technical support to the ceremony which included performances of theatrical and musical elements by members of the college students.

It was terrific to work together again!
No Royal event is complete without Production 78!!

You helped us enormously, both off and on-stage, and you gave us the confidence to do the event. It was terrific to see the new auditorium being put through its technical paces.

Your calmness and professionalism made it all look so easy.
You do it brilliantly!
