Excellent service underpins all that we do and we focus on this as our priority at all times. As a result we have been awarded a significant number of accreditations and specialist memberships

by a variety of independent, professional bodies.

Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme

Production 78 is an accredited member of the Contractor’s Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS).

CHAS is one of the founding members of the Safety Schemes In Procurement.

CHAS is a Government sponsored third party examination of our Health and Safety procedures. This involves an independent body examining how we prepare our working method statements and risk assessments and that we have procedures in place to ensure the safety of our workforce and the general public.

This means you have independent assurance that any work carried out by Production 78 will be undertaken in a professional and safe manner.

National Outdoor Events Association

Production 78 is a member of the National Outdoor Events Association. The association is dedicated to enhancing professionalism in the events industry through education, networking, lobbying, and advice.

Production Services Association

Production 78 is a member of the Production Services Association. The association is for companies involved in the live event production industry. It represents, improves, educates and develops technical production for live events.

British Standards Institute

Production 78 is a member of the British Standards Institute meaning that we stay up to date with changes of standards and best working practices.

Living Wage Foundation

Our Living Wage commitment will see everyone working at Production 78 receive a minimum hourly wage of £10.90 in the UK. This rate is significantly higher than the government minimum for over 23s, which currently stands at £10.43 per hour.

Our Living Wage accreditation is carried out on the pay rates at the bottom of our pay scale. Many of our event staff are highly skilled individuals and the rates they are paid are substantially higher than this living wage level. This reflects the quality of workmanship we are proud to offer you and the quality of service and work you will receive.

ISO9001:2015 Quality Management

This means our quality policy, procedures and standards are both internally and independently audited to ensure the highest quality is achieved across our products and services in everything we do.

ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management

This means our environmental policy, procedures and standards are both internally and independently audited to ensure the products and services we deliver have the least impact on the environment wherever we work.

Cyber Essentials

Production 78 is Cyber Essentials Certified to give our customers peace of mind that their information is safe from Cyber Attacks.

Cyber Essentials is a Government backed scheme that certifies organisations are protected against a whole range of the most common cyber attacks.

To be certified Production 78 meets the 5 technical controls required:
We use a firewall to secure our internet connection
We choose the most secure settings for all our devices and software
We control who has access to our data and services
We protect ourselves from viruses and other malware
We keep our devices and software up to date

We are re-certified annually by the National Cyber Security Centre and their Cyber Essentials Partner the IASME consortium.

Green Growth Pledge

The Green Growth Pledge helps Welsh businesses take pro-active steps towards improving their sustainability, demonstrating their positive impact on the people and places around them, as well as joining a growing community of forward-thinking organisations who are helping Wales transition to a low carbon future.

By signing up to the Green Growth Pledge Production 78 is committing to: Monitoring and reporting our Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions alongside setting annual reduction targets; Prioritising local suppliers for events and asking them to evidence their sustainability practices; Reducing fossil fuel use by coordinating travel plans, installing and promoting the use of public transport and electric vehicles when selecting future fleet vehicles.

Disability Confident Committed

Production 78 is Disability Confident Committed.

As a Disability Confident Committed Employer we have committed to: Ensure our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible; Communicating and promoting vacancies; Offering an interview to disabled people who meet the minimum criteria for the job; Anticipating and providing reasonable adjustments as required; Supporting any existing employee who acquires a disability or long term health condition, enabling them to stay in work; At least one activity that will make a difference for disabled people.

Ethical Employment in Supply Chains

Production 78 has pledged to join the movement to address issues of unethical and unlawful employment practices through signing up to the Code of Practice: Welsh Government Ethical Employment in Supply Chains.
