Production 78 is proud to have been appointed on the above Framework since 2018 and we continue to regularly supply our services to the Public Sector and other organisations in Wales under the following Lots:

The framework can be used by the Welsh Government, Welsh Ministers, and many other organisations / contracting authorities funded by them.

Process

The thresholds and processes for call-offs under the framework are;

 

Direct award below £5k

To request any of Production 78's services please simply email your brief or spec to sales@production78.co.uk

All suppliers on the Lot are to be invited to tender for all contracts over £5k

For Welsh Government, tenders over £5k and up to £25k are emailed to all Lot suppliers directly by the team putting the tender out.

Over £25k and up to OJEU (Official Journal of the European Union), the central Communications team will email them out to all Lot suppliers.

Over OJEU, the tender will be managed by the central procurement team who will issue through the eTender portal to all Lot suppliers.
