The Event
Early in 2023, National Highways began a series of planning hearings held to examine the application for a Development Consent Order for the A12.
Our Role...
Production 78 deliver event management, AV and technical services required to hold a 6 month long series of public hearings by the UK Government's Planning Inspectorate.
This includes use of our touch to talk microphone system, temporary internet, large format projection and digital screens to display plans, venue liaison and planning of all the requirements of this process for our clients.
Nothing but amazing service from Production 78 and their staff. Events have always gone well, on both the A12 and my previous A47 schemes. I even received positive comments back from the PIN's Case Team, of which I relayed to the staff on the days.
With so many DCO's going on at any time, Production 78, in my eyes are the common thread and the 'lead experts', as resources move about within National Highways and not everyone gets the experience of being involved in these type of hearings.
A lot of pressure is taken off the project team, GREAT SERVICE, THANK YOU.
