The Event
Barber Connect is Europe's Largest Barbering Exhibition. Barber Connect is a two-day trade event dedicated to Barber’s from all over the world. Over 6000 attendees are treated to more than 70 Exhibitors, and 30 free seminars across two live stages by some of the biggest names in the barbering industry. Held at the Telford International Centre annually, with hundreds of demonstrations on stands across the exhibition halls it is always a fun and busy couple of days for all involved.
Our Role...
Production 78 has produced this event for Barber Blades since it began in a function room at the St David's Hotel in Cardiff Bay. It subsequently moved to, and soon outgrew the Celtic Manor Resort and is now hosted each year at the Telford International Centre.
Production 78 provides a completely bespoke event management service for Barber Blades working with their team throughout the year in the run-up to the event. During preproduction we work closely with the venue and the Barber Connect team to create a website providing event information and exhibitors guides and booking forms. We also design and print stands for a number of individual exhibitors and supply all services to them on site.
Production 78 manages the exhibitor liaison, providing everything that exhibitors require from furniture, power, temporary internet, lighting and custom printing as well as offering bespoke stand builds.
We also provide the staff and equipment to run the two stages of demos and seminars across the two days including live filming, sound and lighting.
Production 78 has definitely been the right choice for our event. Barber Connect has gone from strength to strength with the help of Production 78. Their quality and professionalism has been incredible!
