The Event
In 2025 Low Carbon began a series of planning hearings held to examine the application for a Development Consent Order for the Beacon Fen Energy Park, a solar photovoltaic farm in Lincolnshire.
Our Role...
Production 78 delivered full service event management, AV and technical services required to hold a series of public hearings by the UK Government's Planning Inspectorate.
This includes use of our touch to talk microphone system, temporary internet, large format projection and digital screens to display plans, venue liaison and planning of all the requirements of this process for our clients for virtual, hybrid and in-person hearings.
On behalf of our team I wanted to say a huge thank you for all your work, it was great from my perspective as project manager to know that everything was in hand. Production 78 made the hearings process, which is an intense period for the team, so much smoother. We had both fully virtual (which was a new experience for us) and hybrid events and Alice, Meg and the team handled everything, thank you!
