The Event
Otium Real Estate is a property investment company focused on commercial leisure real estate which provides investors with access to this growing & dynamic sector.
Otium took over a derelict retail site in Newport, South Wales. Within 12 months they had redeveloped the site and converted it into three major retail spaces which were let to new tenants.
Our Role...
Production 78 created a corporate documentary video of the redevelopment process from before footage through every stage of development.
This included repeated visits to the site to document site clearance, redevelopment and refurbishment of the units, their cladding, new windows and floors being installed, car park and landscaping developments and culminating in the completed units.
We also returned once the three new tenants: xercise4less, Home Bargains and EnergiTrampolines, were opened so that we could capture the after shots. The video has been used by the firm to advertise their complete services to new clients.
