The Event
The Annual Graduation Summer Ball at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama is the highlight of the year for all current and graduating students. A formal event to mark the end of the year and immediately following the College's graduation ceremonies. Always a colourful and creative celebration for all to enjoy.
Our Role...
Production 78 advises the SU Executive Committee on all logistical and production elements to ensure the project is realised from start to finish each year. We manage the production budget spend, complete event creative and technical installations, event management, catering, technical and operational staffing and security, and the big clearup overnight to ensure the College is ready to welcome guests again the following morning.
