The Event
A Community Celebration of Employability Bridgend: Multiply Project, a UK Government-funded numeracy skills programme for adults who want to improve and progress in life and work, through developing numeracy skills and achieving numeracy and maths qualifications.
Our Role...
For the Multiply Festival of Numeracy, our team delivered a full suite of services to support the event’s success. Event management covered all aspects of planning and coordination, ensuring everything ran smoothly from setup to close. Exhibitor liaison ensured clear communication and support for all participants throughout the event.
Sound, lighting, and AV systems were professionally installed and operated to enhance the experience for attendees. Furniture hire included the provision and arrangement of tables, chairs, and staging elements to meet the needs of various zones and activities. First aid and security teams were in place to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone on-site.
Traffic management services directed vehicle flow, controlled parking, and maintained safe access points. Videography captured key moments for promotional and archival use. On-site hot food was available, and all necessary printed materials, such as signage and tickets, were produced and delivered to a high standard.
Joe, Karly and the team were brilliant from start to finish, they understood our vision and brief and helped to make our event a success. They were communicative and helpful throughout the planning process and made everything run as smoothly as possible. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and would happily work with them again in the future.
