The Event
For the 2025 Urdd Eisteddfod and National Eisteddfod, multiple NHS Wales bodies collaborated to have a joint presence for the first time. Previously, these NHS organisations had a presence individually at national events. These NHS bodies came together in one structure with the aim to increase engagement and outcomes as a result.
Our Role...
We were commissioned to transform an empty space into a standout branded environment. Our team designed and installed a complete interior scheme, supported by external branding that drew visitors into the space.
To maximise long‑term value and sustainability, all custom‑made elements were produced for reuse and securely stored for future events. We also supplied TV screens, a full PA system, and furniture, creating a fully equipped, ready‑to‑use space that delivered a strong visual presence inside and out.
