The Event
Chambers Wales host the Wales Business Awards each year at Holland House Hotel, the largest hotel event space in Cardiff. Attended by 300 guests for a formal three course dinner and drinks reception, there are up to 20 awards presented each year to businesses from across Wales.
Our Role...
Production 78 delivers stage and technical management of the awards, liaising with the venue to ensure that dinner courses are delivered and cleared around a packed awards schedule. Our technicians operate live camera and video playback, as well as a glitzy awards lighting design and crystal clear sound for all attendees to hear every word. All installed and removed within a day in this busy capital city centre hotel.

From the earliest planning stages, your team brought not only expertise but also thoughtful suggestions that improved both the flow and feel of the event. You were collaborative, calm, and incredibly polite when dealing with our guests ,something that did not go unnoticed and has been remarked upon by many.
On the night itself, the production ran flawlessly. Everything from the lighting and sound to the transitions and timings was seamless, allowing me to focus fully on hosting without worry.
