Production 78 provided equipment and technicians to install and operate Sound, AV and Lighting at the venue. We also recorded the event for online participants and provided a video file of the event to the client.

CADW Annual Conference Event Data
This was a hybrid event so involved more technical equipment than a simple in person offering. Additional cameras and streaming equipment allowed virtual attendees to experience the event from the comfort of their own homes or remote office locations, rather than travelling to the event in person. This format is successful provided enough in person guests attend, to enable the in room discussion and atmosphere to be created and relayed on camera.
Highlights we experienced when gathering this data included:
Attendees – We actually conducted an in person survey on ipads at this event. We asked each attendee on arrival to let us know how they had travelled to and from the event. This enabled us to calculate accurate Scope 3 emissions.
Venue – Held in a dedicated event space in the Glamorgan County Cricket Club, again with green credentials.
