A conference event of learning, key talks, a choice of workshops for youth workers, educators, and community leaders to come together, share insights, and build the future of youth engagement. It offers a great opportunity for Youth Workers from across Wales, to come together to share experiences, broaden understanding, and build the future of engagement with young people.
Production 78 Role
Production 78 provided AV Equipment, Stage and Event Management Staff and Technicians to install a complete event set design with sustainably printed backdrop with projection screen on our reuseable Aluminium tension frame system.
Screen content and camerawork added to the guest experience at this event with virtual presentations, and pre-recorded speeches from some panellists, being played into the room.
The event was held at the Cardiff City Stadium in the Ricoh Suite.

Youth Work Wales Conference Event Data
This is a fairly typical and regular event format held in Wales and at Cardiff City Stadium.
Highlights we experienced when gathering this data included:
Attendees – National attendees travelled from across Wales to attend this networking and education event. Mostly by car due to the good parking facilities at the venue although some will have used the train as all or part of their journey.
Venue – Held in the Ricoh Suite at Cardiff City Stadium, this is a relatively new venue and benefits from good climate control and modern infrastructure designed with greener specifications.
